               Damon managed an offhanded shrug before the rubbing alcohol was applied to his forehead, causing him to wince. “Being Damon Salvatore means there is ( no ) foolproof method.” As she leaned in, he took the opportunity to observe her in close proximity, noting the earnestness of her expression, picking up the faint traces of her perfume. It certainly hadn’t escaped his attention that she was beautiful, in the way that drew your attentions back to her time and again.

                    “Predictably. That’s almost a textbook answer, means it’s probably about half-lie. And you’re forgetting people like me, who seem determined to fall back into your lap every time you release each one of those little healed doves back into the world.” Catching a little glimpse of his reflection in the glass doors, his lips curved into a slick grin.

             “Good as new. Well done, Ms Gilbert. Do I get a reward for a being a good patient?”

                          She tries to be gently as she cleans the wound, and thinking that he’s lucky it didn’t require stitches. “ Oh, I understand. You have a bad boy reputation to uphold. ” She tsks all in good fun. He definitely seems like the type she had been warn against with those baby blue eyes and that charming smile. The brunette can’t help but to get a little lost in them before blinking and coming to her senses. There’s something about him that screams there is more to Damon Salvatore then he’d like for you to believe.

                      “ You’re also forgetting that you don’t know me that well, Mr. Salvatore. It could be the truth too. Well, my hope is that the patients I take care of won’t be back for quite some time, but I suppose I am forgetting the stubborn ones who seem determined to end up in the hospital. ” The girl shrugs as she know if there’s any truth to his words she’ll most likely be seeing him again, and she hopes it won’t be worse next time.

                       “ Thank you, and if by reward you mean a lollipop than sure. ”
