you're just a young girl, but grief doesn't care. it takes over your life with little warning ( just the accompaniment of screeching tires ). it's a selfish friend. it won't settle for second best. so, it teams up with death until it's all you have left.

“ true, but if we’re ALREADY married at the ceremony it would feel more like a sham than the beginning of the rest of our lives. yet, if we get married beforehand we could have an EARLIER honeymoon…but i’m not sure i could handle the guilty feeling as i pretend in front of everyone that i’m getting married for the first time when really it’d be the second. ”
